Ensure on-site attendance by restricting clock-ins to a physical radius around your office or to approved IP addresses.

Where to Find It
HR › Settings › Attendance Settings

Steps to Enable Geofencing

1. Check Save Clock-In Location

2. Check Clock-in check with added location Radius

3. Enter your office’s GPS coordinates and radius (e.g. 200m)

4. Click Save

Steps to Enable IP Restriction

1. Check Clock-in check with added IP address

2. Enter one or more allowed IP addresses or CIDR ranges

3. Click Save

What Happens
Any clock-in that occurs outside the radius or from an unapproved IP will be blocked (or marked as “Outside Shift Hours” if that option is enabled)
